I visited several dealerships, including multiple Harley-Davidson establishments and others. What truly stood out to me during my visits were the individuals and the overall experience. Terry, in particular, was an invaluable resource offering helpful information and truly wants his customer to be happy. His passion for riding was evident and appreciated. Gil impressed me with his utmost professionalism and likable demeanor. He diligently worked with me to reach a satisfactory price point and made sure my needs were accommodated. Lastly, Brandon handled all the paperwork and took the time to inform me about additional services and warranty options available, without any pressure. His primary concern was to ensure that as a buyer, I was aware of all the choices. Unfortunately, after less than 250 miles, the motorcycle had a major problem. This is where customer service truly shines: after a sale. In short, Frank and his team went the extra mile to resolve the problem. They worked with corporate to identify the issue and find a solution and the resolution they provided is unquestionably the best outcome. The team at San Jose HD is exceptional, and my experience with them demonstrated their genuine care for their customers. They are undoubtedly a premier dealer who has earned my lifelong business. The worst ever. All departments have made mistakes. They go through people like I change my socks. They don't like to take accountability. They get vindictive. They have cost me hundreds of dollars in insurance on multiple occasions while my bike sat for months at a time for no reason. The present issue had the bike sitting for the last 6 months as now I have come to realize they are waiting for the WRONG part because they diagnosed the ABS system incorrectly. They even tried to blame it on me. Presently, we have been waiting for an ECM while my HD has a separate ABS controller. I am bringing my bike to House of Thunder down in Morgan Hill. It's a long Uber ride home, but you can tell just by walking in that the difference is like night and day. It seems to me like San Jose HD just wants to run out my warranty till I can't use it. Anyway this is only a part of the story. There was also the time they accidentally cut my throttle wire which left me on the side of the road, which resulted in a bad towing accident. I took it back to SJHD and let them do the insurance claim. They lost many of the parts that slowed down the project. The parts turned up months later in the back stock room. The irony is that they replaced a stereo that still cuts out to this day. This caused the throttle failure that resulted in the towing accident as they were unable to get me a proper motorcycle tow. All I could get was a 911 wreck tow that dropped my bike into a ditch. And like I said... The Radio STILL cuts out. It was all for nothing. They also misdiagnosed my exhaust system that resulted in much waiting and returns. I got a nice pipe in the end but I think you can see where I am going with this. Not once did they tune my bike. I paid someone else $500.00 to tune my ECM that SJHD now wants to replace for no reason. As far as the present ABS situation, they have shown me no accountability. They have been chasing the wrong part for the last 6 months costing me more money in insurance as they string me along and time out my extended warranty.. Sales made many mistakes when I first bought the bike as well. If they had made it right I would not have posted this. My complaint is way overdue. My overall experience has been a nightmare. I have never said anythung to HD Corporate but I will this time if they call me.

Throughout the entire process, I was treated like I mattered, and my business was wanted. It felt like these guys were already friends of mine.
